Acer Aspire One ~8 hr battery available now

Via AspireOneUser ~8 hour 7200mAh batteries are now available. The link at AspireOneUser is to the UK eBay site, but the one below goes to US eBay. They seem to average around $80, which doesn’t seem too bad to me.

Update 01/14/2009: Prices seem to be trending downward in the month since this post originally appeared. It looks like ~$65 will get you a battery now.

Not yet. The prices seem to be trending downward – the lowest I’ve noticed has been $49.99, with several around $65, so I’m being patient. Antsy, but patient.

I’m also trying to decide if a 17″ or so non-widescreen monitor would be more valuable for what I want to do with the AspireOne.
